These terms govern your use of TaxEase Pakistan’s website and tax consultancy services. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
TaxEase Pakistan provides online tax and business consultancy services in Pakistan, including income tax return filing, NTN and sales tax registration, company registration, bookkeeping, and related advisory services. All services are delivered remotely.
Service descriptions on this website are general. The exact scope of work for your case will be confirmed with you — in writing — before we begin, along with the fee.
Your Responsibilities
To serve you properly, we depend on you to:
- Provide complete and accurate information and documents. Tax filings are prepared from what you give us — if information is missing or incorrect, the filing will be too, and we can’t be responsible for that.
- Review and approve your returns and applications before submission. Nothing is filed with FBR or any authority without your approval.
- Respond to our requests for documents or clarifications in reasonable time, especially near filing deadlines.
- Keep your own copies of everything you share with us.
Fees and Payment
- Fees are quoted to you before work begins. There are no hidden charges.
- The initial consultation is free.
- Payment terms (advance, instalments, or per-service) will be agreed with you upfront.
- Government fees — such as SECP incorporation fees — are separate from our professional fee and will be identified clearly.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We prepare your filings carefully and in line with current FBR rules, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Tax authorities make their own decisions on assessments, refunds, audits, and processing times, and these are outside our control. Our fee covers the professional work performed, regardless of the authority’s decision.
Deadlines
We track and work toward all relevant filing deadlines. However, if you provide documents late or delay approvals, we may not be able to file on time — and any resulting penalties are your responsibility. Please treat our document requests as urgent, especially close to deadlines.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as strictly confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to share our internal working documents or pricing in ways that misrepresent our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.
Termination
Either side can end the engagement at any time with reasonable notice. You’ll pay for work already completed; any advance payment for work not yet started will be handled fairly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you engage our services is the one that applies to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
